Submitting a Support Ticket or Sharing Feedback
How do I submit a support ticket?
If you've come across something that doesn't seem to be working properly, you think something is off, or you simply have feedback or platform suggestions, there are two ways for you to submit a support ticket:

You can submit this form with a detailed overview of what you'd like to share. You can include images with your form submission as well.
- You can also email success@knownwell.com with a detailed message and images. This goes directly to our Client Success team and they will handle the ticket from there.
You can also track you ticket's progress in our Customer Portal, which you can find in the upper right hand corner of any Knowledge Hub page. Please note: this is different than in the Knownwell platform and is for tickets only. You will need separate login information to access the Customer Portal.
