- Log in to Knownwell and navigate to the Integrations Manager by clicking your account icon in the bottom left corner and clicking “Integrations Manager.”
- Then, click “Connect” next to the “HubSpot” connector.
- Then click “Authorize HubSpot”. This will redirect you to HubSpot, where it will ask to connect Knownwell.
- Click “Connect”. Note: You should be redirected back to Knownwell and see the “Configuration” screen.
- To confirm the correct mapping for active clients based on your HubSpot instance, click “Edit” and define the criteria that should be used and click “Save”.
- Then, confirm that the remaining HubSpot fields are mapped correctly and scroll down and click “Save Configuration” at the bottom of the screen.
